These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and kinggame ("kinggame," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kinggame.lat. By registering an account, accessing any kinggame service, or placing any wager on the kinggame platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

kinggame is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. The platform offers live casino games, slots, bingo, specialty games, and sports betting services denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All operations are conducted in compliance with the rules, regulations, and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the kinggame platform and close your account. Continued use of the kinggame platform constitutes ongoing and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.

To register a kinggame account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. PAGCOR regulations prohibit gaming services to individuals below 21 years of age.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing kinggame services.
• You are accessing kinggame voluntarily for recreational purposes and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former PAGCOR employee, kinggame employee, or an immediate family member of either.
• You have not been self-excluded from kinggame or from any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform during an active exclusion period.
• You hold a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

kinggame conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. Registration requires submission of a valid Philippine ID and confirmation of your mobile number. Real-money deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims are withheld until KYC verification is approved. kinggame may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) kinggame account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinggame account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and update it promptly if it changes.
• Notify kinggame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your kinggame account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your kinggame account on your behalf.

kinggame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the cause is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account until you report unauthorized access in writing.

kinggame may place temporary holds on accounts pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review. During a hold, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity may be suspended. kinggame will notify you of any hold via your registered email address or mobile number.

All kinggame financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). kinggame accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱50.00 (GCash and PayMaya).
• Maximum single deposit limits apply and vary by payment method; consult the Cashier section for current limits.
• Deposits are credited to your kinggame wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• kinggame does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees charged by payment providers are beyond kinggame's control.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100.00.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (source of funds principle).
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• kinggame reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds where anti-money laundering (AML) obligations require it.

kinggame offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements for kinggame bonuses range from 10x to 35x unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–25%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the period stated in promotion-specific terms, typically 7 to 30 days from issuance.
• Maximum bet while using a bonus: Players may not place a single bet exceeding ₱500 while a bonus balance is active. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

kinggame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Suspected bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering, or other manipulative behavior — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent closure.

All kinggame games — whether live dealer titles, RNG-based slots, table games, bingo, or specialty games — are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.

• All RNG-based game outcomes are determined by a PAGCOR-certified Random Number Generator. Game outcomes are independent, random, and unpredictable. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) managed by professional dealers under studio conditions. Video evidence of each live game session is retained for dispute resolution purposes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, kinggame's system will complete the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection. kinggame is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game malfunctions void all related wagers and pays. If a malfunction is detected, kinggame will notify affected players and restore all wallet balances to their pre-malfunction state.
• kinggame may impose bet limits on any game or account at any time. VIP table limits are available for verified high-value players upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kinggame platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, dealer agents, or kinggame employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using or attempting to use counterfeit funds, stolen payment credentials, or any fraudulent payment method.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Players who identify a bug must report it to [email protected] and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the kinggame platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Accessing kinggame while self-excluded, or assisting another person to access kinggame while they are self-excluded.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at kinggame employees, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

All content published on the kinggame platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, and the kinggame brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of kinggame or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kinggame platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any kinggame content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any kinggame software.
• Create derivative works based on kinggame content.
• Use the kinggame name, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent from kinggame.

kinggame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and as detailed in the kinggame Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering a kinggame account, you consent to kinggame collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR compliance reporting, customer support, and direct marketing (subject to your marketing preferences). You may withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings without affecting other service-related communications.

kinggame may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government agencies where required by law. kinggame will not sell or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. kinggame is committed to responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and its own player welfare standards. As a registered kinggame player, the following tools are available to you at all times through your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly maximums you set for yourself.
• Session time limits — automatic reminders or hard stops on play duration.
• Loss limits — maximum losses permitted within a defined period.
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary exclusion for periods of six months, one year, or permanently.

kinggame may impose involuntary responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling. Such restrictions may include reduced deposit limits, mandatory cool-off periods, or account suspension pending welfare review.

The kinggame platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kinggame expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

kinggame shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from your use of the kinggame platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside kinggame's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorized access facilitated by your own negligence.
• Losses attributed to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities on your end.

Where liability cannot be excluded by Philippine law, kinggame's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kinggame account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary closure: You may close your kinggame account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, kinggame will settle any pending transactions and return the remaining balance to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and take effect within 24 hours.

Involuntary closure by kinggame: kinggame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where:

• The account holder violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• kinggame reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• The account holder fails to pass or maintain KYC verification.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.
• kinggame ceases operations or withdraws services from the Philippines.

On involuntary closure for violations, any balance associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Balances not directly associated with violations will be returned to the verified payment method on file following any required investigation period.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute resolution procedure:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: All disputes must first be submitted to kinggame customer support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the issue and supporting evidence. kinggame aims to provide an initial response within two (2) business days and a final written determination within fourteen (14) business days.
2. Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If you are not satisfied with kinggame's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR. kinggame will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation and abide by PAGCOR's determination.
3. Step 3 — Court Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after PAGCOR review, either party may pursue the matter in the appropriate Philippine court.

During an active dispute, kinggame may place a temporary hold on the funds in question pending resolution. No interest accrues on held funds during the dispute period.

kinggame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the kinggame platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect; and/or
• An email notification sent to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the kinggame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

kinggame may implement minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players, or updates required for immediate regulatory compliance — without advance notice.
